Canyon Springs Booster Station & Main Extension
FourFront Design provided design services to Canyon Springs Sanitary and Water District for the construction of a modular booster station and water line extension. The booster station consisted of a small pump station building, a modular booster pump system with 240 gpm capacity and a pneumatic tank. The water line extension consisted of 551 feet of 6” water line running parallel to the existing water line to provide adequate pressure to adjacent residences and a downstream fire hydrant. A pressure and flow analysis was performed on the proposed system utilizing WaterCad software to determine design flows and pressures and ensure that flows met local fire district requirements.
FourFront also provided Construction Administration services for the project. These services included review of shop drawings, consultation during construction, review and approval of pay estimates and final inspection and acceptance of the project.
