To provide adequate emergency heat to the residents of this five-story facility, the project’s scope of work involved replacing the deteriorating piping for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system while allowing the facility to be fully operational throughout construction.

The engineering services included initial budgeting and contract drafting and execution between the owner, Butte, Meade, and Lawrence County Housing and Redevelopment Commission, and design-builder Rasmussen Mechanical Contractors, Inc. The FourFront team was responsible for Davis Bacon audits, construction progress meetings, construction inspections, closeout document administration, and final warranty inspection.
