Our team of architects, interior designers, and mechanical engineers were hired by Xanterra Parks & Resorts to provide design services and develop construction documents for an interior remodel and equipment upgrade. The project was focused on the memorial’s existing food and beverage and retail buildings.

Sustainable updates included all new LED lighting, green building materials and finishes, and special consideration for the lifestyle of future users. Technology was integrated into this remodel for a more efficient space. Well defined circulation was a key factor for this renovation for improved wayfinding for the millions of annual visitors.

Finish updates include local pine beetle kill wood, custom-stained concrete flooring, sustainable porcelain tiles, and ADA accessible interactive menu boards, serving lines and checkout stations.
