The Rapid Chevrolet Dealership facility and site was designed to meet the latest version of the GM Design Intent Document and comply with the Image Program while tailoring the design to the needs of the owner.

The 55,120 SF facility incorporates space for Sales (7,684 SF); Service (26,008 SF); Parts (7,712 SF); and Parts Retail, Customer Waiting, Finance, and Administration (7,285 SF).  

The dynamic showroom space accommodates multiple vehicles in a spacious and bright atmosphere with flexible sales desk stations for the sales associates. Natural light from the clerestory windows allow light into the Retail Boulevard and Service Customer amenities.
 
The site design consists of relocating a major drainage channel and includes the construction of two buildings (Sales/ Service Building and related Body Shop) and the associated site development: stormwater channels, retention, and structures; site access and drives; facility and display parking; landscaping; site lighting and signage; a ground source heat pump well field; and infrastructure.
